It was an accident. Rainbow Dash wasn't even anywhere nearby... but she blames herself.

I feel bad about putting Scootaloo into this situation... I'd explain myself but it would affect something else I'm working on. It's a scene from my story Mare in Motion. All I can say about the story to redeem this picture is the story is meant to be inspirational. Take that as you will.
